Margaret Wilder is professor and associate director of the School of Geography, Development, and Environment and professor, Latin American Studies. She is a human-environment geographer and political ecologist with expertise in critical water governance, transboundary US-Mexico water and environment,  climate vulnerability and adaptation, and extreme heat and climate justice int he borderlands. Dr. Wilder's research focuses on Mexico, the US-Mexico border, and the southwest borderlands.
